Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast2 tablespoons olive oil1/2 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons parmesan cheese2 tablespoons parsley, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon oregano2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce1/4 cup white wine, optional1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions: |
Cut chicken into 1" strips. Mix marinade ingredients in a zip-lock baggie and shake to mix. Add chicken to baggie and marinate for 30 minutes. Broil 10 - 14 minutes (or until all the pink is gone), turning once halfway through. |
